Battery Backup UPS for PABX

[ad_1]

Need battery backup or UPS for phones your system?

The simple answer is NO, if you do not have to take or make calls when power is lost it is. Seriously how much is a battery back-up value and the added cost or recoverable cost?

What is UPS? An Uninterruptible Power Supply is a fine battery backup for a phone system, computer or almost all energy needs. It connects simply runs off the power and built in batteries when power is lost. How long the UPS will run for depends on how much power you suck out the batteries do not run forever.

Costs: A backup battery or UPS will cost of $ 99 and the average cost is $ 300 and up to thousands serious backup of many, many systems, lights, etc.

So the question was not I need one? I think companies can not afford to stop or take calls or be without the Internet when the power goes down, so that when the average upfront cost of $ 300 is nothing compared to the loss of productivity, service and sales. Most any system like LG or Hybrex support battery backup and UPS connections.

How does it help? Connect the PABX phone system and the Internet or a modem to and during power down your system will run normally as long as the battery lasts, which should be at least 30 minutes in my opinion. I have a small UPS to run our phones, our internet, access control today, and in particular one of our server business. When we lost power we are also without PC but fortunately for us we have some laptops in the business still run for a few hours with the phone running also of UPS and the internet, it is business as usual for us on the 2-4 times a year and we may have troubles.

cheap insurance, I think, and many models at reasonable prices exists so plan for the worst and hope for the best.

Happy hunting, source, install or repair.
